Shipping & returns

SHIPPING
Processing and shipping will take between 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time during peak weekends/holidays. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns must be authorized by email, service@shopfado.com.

Returns are accepted within (14) days of purchase for a refund in the original form of payment. The item can be returned for store credit or exchange only within (30) days of purchase. All returns must have the original receipt and be in good selling condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All sales are final on all sale items. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.

Fado reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
 
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within a 24 hour window from ordering and a full refund will be issued after the cancellation.
