Shipping & returns

Processing and shipping will take between 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time during peak weekends/holidays. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only.

  • Returns are accepted within (7) days of purchase for a refund in the original form of payment.
  • The item can be returned for store credit or exchange only within (14) days of purchase.
  • All returns must have the original receipt and merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Fado monitors customer activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions based on order or returns behavior.
Fado reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
Orders can be cancelled within a 24 hour window from ordering and a full refund will be issued after the cancellation.
